Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of logistics processes, shipping regulations, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote responsibilities.
• High school diploma; certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping and receiving.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant parties.
• Resolve logistical issues and disruptions promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and data in the company's system.
