Job summary

KF PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. is seeking a Logistics Documents and Data Clerk to manage shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain accurate logistics data.

The role requires coordination with the warehouse team to ensure shipments meet schedules and delivery timelines. The successful candidate will prepare shipment reports, monitor stock movements, and communicate with suppliers and customers about shipment status and required documents.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping/receiving processes and documentation handling.
• Ability to record and maintain accurate logistics data in systems.
• Coordination with warehouse teams to align receipt and shipment schedules.
• Prepare reports on shipments, goods received, and stock movements.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process shipping and receiving documents, ensuring accuracy.
• Record and maintain data of logistics transactions in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and shipment.
• Assist in preparing reports related to logistics activities and stock movements.
