Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a logistics-focused candidate to oversee inbound and outbound activities, including 3PL and Last Mile processes, in Medan. You will monitor sortation and courier distribution, lead courier teams, and create efficient delivery schedules for customers.

The role requires at least 2 years in logistics or related fields, plus familiarity with planning and warehousing strategies. Willingness to work shifting hours and relocation to Sumatera Selatan is required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies.
• Willing to work a shifting schedule and be placed in Sumatera Selatan.
• High school diploma or higher; diplomas or degrees welcome in any major.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound/outbound processes including 3PL and Last Mile.
• Oversee sortation and distribution of packages by couriers.
• Lead courier/driver teams for package delivery.
• Create schedules and routes for delivery to customers.
