Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Indonesia to oversee inbound and outbound processes, including delivery to 3PL and Last Mile operations. You will monitor sortation, distribute packages with couriers, and lead courier/driver teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires planning, shipping, and warehousing familiarity and willingness to relocate to Lampung with a rotating schedule. Experience in logistics or supply chain setting and ability to adapt to shift work are

Qualifications

• Graduated from high school or equivalent.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from all majors welcome to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant fields.
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies.
• Willing to work with a shifting schedule.
• Willing to be placed in Lampung.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the inbound and outbound processes, including delivery to third party logistics (3PL) and Last Mile processes
• Monitor sortation and distribution of packages by couriers
• Lead courier/driver teams for package delivery
• Create schedule and route for package delivery to customers
