Job summary

TikTok is offering a Local Business Empowerment Category Project Intern position (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) located in Jakarta. The role focuses on supporting the LBE team with business operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement while learning about Indonesia's digital commerce ecosystem and local business development.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience, develop project management and communication skills, and contribute to initiatives that help local MSMEs expand

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to structure, analyze and present report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team on all ongoing projects.
• Communicate with and assist MSMEs at events during onboarding.
• Assist Beli Lokal POC in pulling data and conducting analysis.
• Conduct top research for various categories (government and industry).
• Handle other admin related tasks.
