This remote, short-term contractor role requires 5+ years in finance, hands-on QBO experience, and strong written communication. Flexible 40 hours per week with a four-hour overlap with PST; start immediately.

Role Overview

We are seeking Senior CFO Advisors & Finance Experts to help train and evaluate next-generation AI models focused on accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, accounting, bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Omni Chat, and CFO-level consulting to evaluate AI-generated responses, solve complex financial scenarios, and improve AI systems' ability to provide accurate financial guidance for businesses.

What You'll Work On

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory scenarios.
• Analyze financial data and complex business cases to assess AI reasoning and accuracy.
• Review AI outputs for compliance with accounting principles and financial best practices.
• Identify calculation errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in AI-generated financial guidance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in accounting and finance use cases.
• Contribute to the quality assurance of finance-focused AI models through expert evaluations.

Who This Is For

• Professionals with 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
• Experienced CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, Finance Managers, CFO Advisors, COOs (Finance), VPs of Finance, or other Senior Finance Professionals.
• Professionals who have supported or advised US-based SMBs on accounting and financial matters.
• Candidates with experience working with or advising three or more organizations.
• Active users of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or professionals with experience supporting customers through Omni Chat.
• Individuals with strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing the finances of a US-based Small or Medium Business (SMB).
• Experience providing strategic financial planning and advisory services.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, data annotation, or quality review projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap with the PST time zone.

Important Note

This is a pay-per-task contractor assignment. Compensation is provided upon successful task approval. Full-time availability with PST overlap is preferred during active project periods.
