Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA is seeking an AI Expert to fine-tune, deploy, and optimize LLM-based chatbot systems. You will build scalable pipelines, implement observability, and balance latency, cost, and accuracy across multilingual financial use cases.

The role requires 3–5 years of AI/ML experience, strong knowledge of LangChain, Unsloth, and popular frameworks, and the ability to translate business needs into AI capabilities. Onsite collaboration with product and data teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in AI/ML with proven experience fine-tuning and deploying LLM-based chatbot systems.
• Strong experience with LLM frameworks and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for chatbot applications and NLP tasks.
• Build and manage deployment pipelines using LangChain, Unsloth, or equivalent.
• Implement LLM observability tools to monitor model behavior and health.

Job Title : AI Expert

Job Summary :

Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize AI models while ensuring high performance and continuous improvement based on user feedback. The ideal candidate will have experience in model training, pipeline deployment, and working with frameworks like Unsloth, LangChain, and LLM observability tools.

Job Responsibility :

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) for chatbot applications and other NLP tasks
• Build and manage deployment pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, Unsloth, or equivalent
• Implement and manage LLM observability tools to monitor model behavior and health
• Optimize chatbot models for latency, token usage, accuracy, and relevance
• Translate business and user requirements into technical LLM capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure AI alignment across systems
• Contribute to internal AI development standards and share best practices with the wider architecture and engineering team
• Keeping up with rapid changes in LLM tooling and performance optimization
• Chatbot relevance and accuracy in multilingual financial use cases
• Ensuring balancing model size, response time, and cost
• Integrating open-source AI solutions securely into production systems
• Managing ethical concerns (bias, hallucination, compliance)

Technical Competency :

• Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Unsloth, HuggingFace)
• Hands-on with model fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT techniques)
• Experience with vector stores and embedding models (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
• Knowledge of LLM observability tools (e.g., Arize AI, Phoenix, WandB)
• Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow proficiency
• Prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Soft Competency :
