Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in live streaming production, strong leadership, and proficiency with platforms like TikTok or Shopee Live.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in leading live streaming production or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with experience managing teams.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and dashboards (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live).
• Skilled in managing teams and coordinating multiple live sessions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or campaign nights.
