FACETOLOGY is seeking a Live Streaming Operator to join our East Jakarta studio. You will support the host during live sessions, manage OBS setups, and drive sales through platforms like Shopee and TikTok.

Requirements include a diploma in broadcasting or related field and at least 1 year in live streaming or video production. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, video production, or broadcasting.
• Minimum diploma degree in broadcasting, communication, or relevant field.
• Proficiency in live streaming software and platforms (OBS, etc).
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of audio-visual and lighting equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and social media platforms and their streaming capabilities (Shopee, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Assist the host in conducting sales during live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms, in accordance with the directions and KPIs provided by the Live Streaming Lead.
• Show store ratings, product ratings, and positive reviews to potential buyers or live streaming viewers.
• Carry out daily scripts and campaign materials provided and explained by the Live Streaming Lead to be presented during the live streaming session.
• Assist or demonstrate how to complete checkout, apply available vouchers, and inform viewers about discounted prices during the live streaming session.
• Prepare live streaming requirements, such as OBS application readiness, OBS layout setup, internet connection checks, product samples, and live streaming equipment.
• Assist the host in preparing live streaming needs according to the directions from the Live Streaming Lead.
• Help the host prepare daily reports.
• Carry out all instructions given by the Live Streaming Lead and Producer related to the smooth operation of the live streaming session.
