Job summary

FWD Group Indonesia seeks an in-house Counsel to support and manage litigation matters, provide solution-oriented legal advice, and coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders. The role covers civil, criminal, administrative disputes and regulatory reporting, including case strategy and budget oversight.

Based in Jakarta, you will liaise with Compliance, Operations, and Finance, and report to Exco and the Board as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage litigation matters to protect the company’s legal interests, ensure compliance of internal regulations, laws and regulations, and minimize legal risks and financial exposure.
• Provide solution-oriented legal advisory services to identify legal risks and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Case management across civil, criminal, administrative disputes, disputes and claims; coordinate with external counsel; maintain litigation databases and track court schedules.
