Job summary

Rge is seeking a Data Compliance Engineer in Indonesia to ensure the accuracy and reliability of LiDAR datasets used for geospatial analyses. You will design and apply QA/QC protocols, collaborate with data engineers, field teams, and GIS specialists to resolve data issues, document quality processes, and support production deployments across Forest Inventory, Mapping, and related applications.

Qualifications

• Master's in Computer Science, Geoinformation Science, or closely related discipline.
• OR Bachelor Degree with some exposure in Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Data acquisition and QA of LiDAR data before production deployment.
• Coordinate with customers to incorporate feedback and deliverables.
• Run QA tests on LiDAR data (Density, Accuracy, Nomenclature, Landuse, Coverage).
• Perform root cause analysis with field teams to meet IOP targets.
• Develop and manage spatial databases and data workflows.
• Prepare technical reports and SOPs for remote sensing workflows.
