PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. is seeking a Legal Officer to support corporate actions, licensing, and documentation in Kelapa Gading. The role requires 2 years of related experience and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will draft and review corporate action documents, maintain records, and prepare internal memos to relevant units, reporting to the Legal Manager.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer or in a Notary Office
• Good communication skills
• Placement in Kelapa Gading

Responsabilités

• Prepare, draft, and review documents related to corporate actions (establishment of PT, amendments to Articles of Association, changes to company data)
• Monitor licensing for the Company and its subsidiaries
• Draft internal memos to units about corporate actions
• Administer company documents (copies, scans, storage of originals)
• Make and process payments for costs/invoices related to corporate actions

Job Descriptions:

• Preparing, making, and reviewing documents related to the Company's corporate actions such as the establishment of PT, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, and changes to the Company's data.
• Monitoring licensing of the Company and its subsidiaries
• Making internal memos to units/inter-sections related to corporate actions carried out by the Company
• Administering the Company's documents, including copies, scans and storage of the Company's original documents
• Make and process payments for all costs / invoices incurred related to the Company's corporate actions
