Qualifications

• SR 1: S1/ Sarjana Hukum dari universitas terkemuka.
• Pengalaman 2–3 tahun di urusan hukum korporat, perizinan, atau licensing.
• Pengetahuan hukum korporasi Indonesia, ketenagakerjaan, lingkungan.
• Fasih berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.

Responsibilities

• Kelola lisensi perusahaan, perizinan lingkungan, dan sertifikasi operasional.
• Pemantauan kepatuhan regulasi lokal, regional, dan nasional.
• Konsultasi hukum risiko kepada manajemen terkait keputusan operasional.
• Dokumentasi dan pelaporan dokumen hukum serta masa berlaku lisensi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal aspects, corporate licensing, compliance, and permit renewals required for the swine farming operations in this region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all business activities align with Indonesian laws and local government regulations, thereby supporting smooth and uninterrupted business operations. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* \\*\\*Licensing & Permits Management:\\*\\* Process, obtain, and renew all necessary corporate licenses, environmental permits, and operational certifications required for swine farming and processing facilities in Pulau Bulan. \\* \\*\\*Legal Compliance:\\*\\* Monitor, analyze, and ensure company compliance with local, regional, and national regulations, particularly those concerning livestock, environment, and regional zoning. \\* \\*\\*Contract Administration:\\*\\* Draft, review, and finalize various business agreements, land leases, vendor contracts, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests. \\* \\*\\*Government & External Relations:\\*\\* Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, community leaders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth licensing processes and resolve legal matters. \\* \\*\\*Legal Risk Advisory:\\*\\* Provide sound legal advice and risk assessments to the management team regarding operational decisions, land matters, and regulatory changes. \\* \\*\\*Documentation & Reporting:\\*\\* Maintain a well-organized database of all legal documents, corporate licenses, permits, and correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval and proactive tracking of expiry dates.
