Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, partners with a healthcare organisation to hire a Legal Associate based in Cirebon, West Java.

You will provide legal support across licensing, compliance, land acquisition and corporate matters, draft, review and manage contracts, liaise with government authorities and internal stakeholders, and help enable ongoing operations and expansion with strong regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in licensing, permits, land acquisition, and corporate legal matters is highly preferred.

Position Overview

Provide legal support across licensing, compliance, land acquisition, and corporate matters to support the organisation's ongoing operations and expansion initiatives.
Play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while facilitating business growth through effective legal coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate business licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements for existing and new hospital operations.
• Support legal processes related to land acquisition and property matters for expansion projects.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, external parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide legal support for corporate, commercial, and expansion-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in licensing, permits, land acquisition, and/or corporate legal matters is highly preferred.
• Experience within healthcare, property/development, or other multi-site businesses would be an advantage.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Experience handling business licences, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to support legal processes relating to land acquisition and property matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and expansion-related legal matters.
