Job summary

PT Solusi Pembayaran Cerdas (Sento) di Jakarta Selatan mencari tenaga hukum berpengalaman untuk menangani kontrak, kepatuhan regulasi, dan nasihat hukum bisnis. Peran ini melibatkan negosiasi dokumen korporasi, risiko hukum, serta kepatuhan terhadap BI dan OJK.

Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim internal dan pihak eksternal, mengelola kepatuhan data, IP, dan kebijakan perusahaan secara proaktif dalam lingkungan fintech beratur regulasi ketat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Legal, preferably FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and licensing matters with BI and OJK is a strong advantage.
• Experience handling commercial contracts and corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage corporate legal documents and contracts.
• Provide business-oriented legal advice and risk assessments for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and BI/OJK regulations.
• Assist in licensing, registration, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Advise stakeholders on governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, IP, and consumer protection.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely updates and recommendations.
• Collaborate with external counsel, regulators, and business partners as needed.
• Maintain contract management and legal records for governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal documents, including commercial agreements, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other corporate legal documentation.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and legal risk assessments to support day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including those issued by Bank Indonesia (BI), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), and other relevant regulatory authorities.
• Support licensing, registration, reporting, and regulatory submissions with OJK, BI, and other government institutions.
• Review business initiatives, products, and operational processes to identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on corporate governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, consumer protection, and other legal matters.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations, evaluate their impact on the business, and provide timely legal updates and recommendations.
• Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, regulatory inquiries, and external legal correspondence.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel, regulators, auditors, and business partners when required.
• Maintain contract management processes, legal documentation, and legal records to ensure proper governance and accessibility.
• Support internal policy development, legal awareness initiatives, and compliance programs across the organization.
• Perform legal research using reliable legal databases and provide accurate legal opinions to support business decision-making.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputable university.
• Advocate License (PERADI) is an advantage.
• Certification in Data Privacy, Compliance, or related legal fields is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Legal, preferably within Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, Payment Gateway, E-commerce, or a reputable Law Firm specializing in corporate and financial law.
• Experience working in a regulated industry is highly preferred.
• Experience handling commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting licensing or regulatory matters with OJK and Bank Indonesia (BI) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and consumer protection law is preferred.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly: OJK Regulations, Bank Indonesia (BI) Regulations, Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE).
• Excellent contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal documentation skills.
• Strong legal research and legal writing capabilities.
• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Hukumonline and JDIH.
• Familiar with contract management systems (e.g., DocuSign) and Google Workspace.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
