SANDIVA Group is seeking a licensed advocate (PERADI) to join our Jakarta office as a junior lawyer. You will handle litigation and non-litigation matters, conduct legal research, draft documents, review contracts, and provide opinions and risk assessments.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of professional experience in litigation or commercial law, strong research and drafting skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with good English. BPJS protections apply after 3 months.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional legal experience, preferably in litigation or commercial law.
• Official Advocate license (PERADI) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university with GPA 3.00+
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English skills are a strong plus.

• Handle client matters in litigation and non-litigation areas

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and government proceedings

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client matters in litigation and non-litigation areas
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Review contracts, pleadings, and legal correspondence
• Provide legal opinions and risk assessments
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and government proceedings
• Assist in PKPU, bankruptcy, and asset enforcement cases
• Maintaining accurate and organized case files, timelines, and reporting systems
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience, preferably in litigation or commercial law
• Officially licensed as an Advocate (PERADI) is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university, with a GPA of 3.00 or higher
• Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and legal drafting
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency (written & spoken) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
