Porto group. is seeking a legal affairs professional in Kapuk Muara, North Jakarta. You will review internal policies, manage owner and premises documents, and oversee lease agreements while implementing risk controls to ensure compliance with Indonesian law.

The role involves advising management on legal implications and coordinating signature processes, with a focus on maintaining robust governance and policy alignment across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably from manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills on business issues and legal risks.
• Energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented with excellent teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Check legal documents of owners and premises (land certificate, building permit, IP rights, etc).
• Create or update requests for drafting, reviewing, and signature processing of leases and offering letters.
• Monitor expiry dates of agreements and manage renewals.
• Develop risk control measures and review compliance to prevent violations of Indonesian law.
• Review and update the company's legal compliance to ensure operations meet applicable laws.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field (preferably from the Manufacturing Industry).

Responsibilities:

• Review and advise management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Checking on the legal documents of the owners (private or company) and the premises (land certificate, building permit, intellectual property rights, etc).
• Create or update a list of requests for drafting, reviewing, and signature processing of the offering letter or lease agreement.
• Control expired date of agreement and process renewal.
• Making risk control measures and reviewing all the legal compliance issues to prevent or deal with violations of local Indonesian laws.
• Review and updating of the Indonesian company's legal compliance issues and corresponding risk control measures to ensure that the operation of the Indonesian company is in compliance with currently applicable laws.
• Other tasks regarding legal topics are to be specified by the Management.
