Job Description:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including agreements with vendors and other third parties. Review legal agreements entered into by Sun Life. Provide legal advice and opinions to internal users/stakeholders on various legal and regulatory matters to support business operations and risk management. Prepare legal correspondence, including demand letters, response letters, and other legal documents. Support litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel. Support internal investigations relating customer complaints or alleged misconduct by agents or employees and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
