Job summary

BYD Indonesia is seeking a Training & Development Specialist based in Bali/Subang to design and manage all training initiatives that elevate employee knowledge and skills. You will align programs with business goals and the HR management system to support rapid growth in the Indonesian EV sector.

In this role you will supervise the training system operation, assist in annual training needs analysis and budgeting, and help establish clear training regulations and assessment methods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage training and employee development plans to improve knowledge and skills.
• Supervise, execute, and report the operation of the training system.
• Assist in annual training needs and budget planning.
• Develop and improve training regulations and assessment methods.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Help establish the training system for the business department.
