Job summary

Mattel Indonesia membuka posisi Lean Engineer untuk memperkuat tim manufaktur di Cikarang–Bekasi. Anda akan memfasilitasi inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan seperti Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), dan inisiatif proyek untuk meningkatkan performa pabrik.

Tugas utama meliputi memimpin program lean culture, mentransfer pengetahuan lean, serta mengelola perubahan dan pengembangan kemampuan non-staf dalam proyek harian.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana Teknik Industri
• Pengalaman manufaktur minimal 3 tahun
• Pengalaman Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing
• Manajemen proyek dan pemecahan masalah
• Kemampuan mengelola perubahan dan transfer pengetahuan Lean
• Memahami EHS & GMP, ISO 9001/14001, OSHAS 18001
• Kepribadian dinamis, proaktif, dan pemikiran analitis
• Menguasai bahasa Inggris secara lisan & tulisan
• Siap ditempatkan di Cikarang–Bekasi

Responsibilities

• Fasilitasi event perbaikan berkelanjutan Kaizen, VSM, dan proyek lintas bidang.
• Memimpin inisiatif strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja pabrik.
• Membangun program lean culture yang berkelanjutan.
• Melakukan transfer pengetahuan Lean ke tim secara berkala.
• Mengelola pengembangan non-staf dalam proyek harian dan kemajuan program.

Job Description

• Facilitate continuous improvement event across levels and areas (Kaizen, VSM, Project, Workshop, etc.);
• Lead the strategic initiative projects to support site performances;
• Develop continuous program and system for lean culture sustainability;
• Conduct Lean knowledge transfer and training to build up organizational capabilities;
• Responsible for non-staff development in daily monitoring project and grade progression program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Experience with change management principles and the ability to drive and manage the change process
• Strong abilities in Continuous Improvement planning, training, and leading kaizen events
• Have understanding about EHS & GMP standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and other standards related to Quality, Safety & Environment.
• Dynamic personality, proactive, analytical thinking and open minded with’ a can do’ attitude
• Fluent in English-both written and oral
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang – Bekasi
