Job description
What You Will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of features and systems, from ambiguous problem to production
- Partner with PM and designers to shape scope, surface trade-offs, and translate product goals into technical direction
- Drive technical decisions and architecture, and help set engineering standards across mobile (Flutter, Android) and backend (Ruby)
- Mentor engineers and raise quality through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Own the performance, reliability, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Continuously learn and bring in relevant new technologies
