Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
• Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties.
• Experience managing key client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagements and workstreams for enterprise-level programs across industries and cultures.
• Promote proven project and change management methodologies to drive measurable value.
• Mitigate risks, solve issues, and ensure plans meet timescales, budgets, and quality criteria.
• Identify new business opportunities and communicate to executives to pursue, including proposal contributions.
• Own relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda and change readiness.
