Peran ini menuntut kepemimpinan teknis yang kuat, pengalaman minimum 7 tahun sebagai Lead Programmer, dan kemampuan mentransfer pengetahuan ke tim terkait instalasi maupun integrasi aplikasi.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di bidang Informatika/Computer Science atau bidang terkait.
• Minimum 7 tahun pengalaman sebagai Lead Programmer.
• Khusus pengalaman di pembayaran/settlement atau clearing sangat diutamakan.

Responsibilities

• Koordinasi proses pengembangan sesuai desain teknis.
• Jaminan kualitas modul melalui review kode dan QA.
• Mengelola, memelihara, dan melakukan review kode secara menyeluruh.
• Mengawasi pengujian unit dan perbaikan bug.
• Mentor tim pemrograman dan transfer pengetahuan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Programmer to oversee and coordinate our software development and programming processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all development aligns with technical designs, maintaining high code quality through code reviews, and leading a team of developers to deliver stable, scalable, and secure systems—particularly within payment and clearing ecosystems.

• Development Coordination: Coordinate the programming and development process in accordance with the technical design specifications.

• Module Quality Assurance: Ensure that all application modules developed by the team function perfectly and align with the technical system design.

• Code Management & Review: Manage, maintain, and conduct thorough code reviews of the source code to ensure code quality and standard compliance.

• Testing & Bug Fixing: Coordinate unit testing processes and oversee the resolution/fixing of bugs or issues identified during testing or implementation.

• Team Mentorship: Review the work and deliverables of the programming team to maintain high performance and code integrity.

• Knowledge Transfer: Serve as a key resource person/speaker for application installation training and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 (seven) years of professional experience working as a Lead Programmer.

• Preferred Certifications/Skills: Preferably holding certifications or having strong technical expertise in specific programming, frameworks, or technologies, including: REST API, Java, Kafka, and Microservices.

• Industry Experience: Highly preferred to have experience in the development and/or implementation of payment systems, specifically involving funds transfer with clearing and/or settlement (penyelesaian akhir) functions.
