Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima is seeking a Supervisory (SPV) Technician in Pest Control to lead and develop a team based in Sidoarjo, East Java. The role focuses on ensuring work is performed to SOPs and quality standards while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will inspect and plan field work, generate routine reports for management and clients, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure services run on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Pest Control experience.
• Technical Responsibility Certificate (PJT) or Health Department certificate is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and develop the Pest Control technician team.
• Ensure all work follows SOP and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, monitoring, evaluation and planning of field work.
• Prepare routine operational reports for management and clients.
• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the operations team to run services on time.
