- Conduct capability and facility assessments.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA to ensure product replication accuracy.
- Lead commercial discussions on cost, MOQ, and timelines.
- Coordinate pilot trials and technical validations.
- Monitor OEM performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
2. Demand & Production Planning
- Develop monthly and yearly demand forecasts.
- Translate forecasts into production plans.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability.
- Align production schedules with sales priorities.
- Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service levels.
3. Cost & Process Optimization
- Review OEM cost structures to ensure competitiveness.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support make‑vs‑buy feasibility analyses.
- Recommend operational efficiency improvements.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with R&D, QA, and Regulatory for product development.
- Collaborate with Procurement for raw material alignment.
- Support Sales and Marketing on new product launches.
- Work with Finance on cost validation and budgeting.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare OEM evaluation reports and trial summaries.
- Maintain accurate planning and production documentation.
- Provide regular updates to management on OEM and planning performance.
