Job summary

HDG Branding Technology is seeking an experienced Interior Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for interior design projects in South Jakarta. You will oversee contract administration, tendering, procurement, and reporting, while guiding a team to ensure on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
• In-depth knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with contractors and vendors.
• Prepare tender documents and oversee procurement processes.
• Monitor financial performance and report to management and stakeholders.
• Lead a team of quantity surveyors, allocating workloads and mentoring staff.
• Identify risks to costs, time, and resources and mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, change orders, and cost variations.
