Job summary

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in construction services, with proficiency in estimation software and CAD tools. Certification and multi-story project experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
• SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level.
• Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry.
• Proven track record as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor on multi-story building construction, renovation, or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors).
• Proficiency in estimation software and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and interior design projects based on drawings, specifications, and project scope.
• Material Takeoff: Quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements from design documents.
• Budget Planning: Develop comprehensive project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor Coordination: Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors; negotiate pricing.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate estimation records and support project bidding processes.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to refine estimates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure estimates align with project standards and regulatory requirements.
