Job summary

Siemens Energy Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair high voltage transmission equipment in the field. You will report to the Head of Field Service Asia Pacific and collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing technical support to customers and stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and training customers on routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Electrical degree with hands-on HV experience.
• Experience in installing, commissioning, and servicing HV equipment.
• Proficient in diagnostics and troubleshooting high voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide field advice, supervision, and on-site installations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve HV equipment issues.
• Support customers and internal stakeholders across projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams for improvements.
• Train and mentor junior field service engineers.
• Maintain thorough service documentation and reports.
