Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with leadership or senior responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing direction and feedback.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, maintaining brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to meet creative needs.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies to keep the brand visually relevant.
