Job summary

PT Gandum Mas Kencana seeks a talented Graphic Designer or senior creative to lead visual concepts across packaging, POSM and promotional materials. The role requires strong storytelling, branding sense, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

You will work with cross-functional teams using Adobe Creative Cloud apps and AI design tools, deliver 2D/3D content and video, and maintain high quality under tight deadlines. A creative portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or senior creative.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Familiar with AI tools for graphic design and ideation.
• Experience designing packaging, POSM, and promotional materials in 2D/3D/video.
• Strong storytelling, layout, typography, color, and branding fundamentals.
• Portfolio required for selection.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for marketing and branding materials.
• Create packaging/kemasan, POSM, promotional materials, digital content.
• Produce 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and video content.
• Translate objectives into engaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to meet briefs.
• Support photoshoots and video production as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
