Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a motivated intern to identify and source potential properties and maintain a clean, up-to-date database. You will perform online research, outreach via phone/WhatsApp, and qualify partners to meet our criteria.

This role includes admin tasks and regular reporting to the Business Development team. Ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates.
• Able to conduct online research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential properties through Google Maps, OTAs, social media, and other sources.
• Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential properties, ensuring data completeness and no duplicates.
• Conduct initial outreach via phone or WhatsApp to gauge partners’ interest and needs.
• Ensure properties meet the required criteria.
• Schedule meetings and site visits between potential partners and the Business Development team.
• Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, qualified leads, meetings, and challenges.

• Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential properties, ensuring all data is complete and free of duplicates.
• Conduct initial outreach via phone or WhatsApp to understand potential partners’ interest and needs.
• Ensure properties meet the required criteria.
• Schedule meetings and site visits between potential partners and the Business Development team.
• Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, qualified leads, meetings, and challenges.
