Job summary

RedDoorz is expanding its sales team in Indonesia, seeking a driven business development professional with hospitality industry experience. You will build new leads, cultivate strong client relationships, and stay ahead of local market trends to meet ambitious targets.

The role involves preparing compelling proposals and contracts, and performing canvassing activities such as door-to-door visits to hotels to expand the client base and generate qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Has experience in canvassing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focused and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities
