Baker Hughes is offering a structured LEAD Field Engineer Development Program for recent engineering graduates. This three-and-a-half-year, accelerated program includes technical training, on-the-job field experience, mentoring, and competency progression to prepare you for leadership opportunities in demanding environments.

You will work alongside seasoned engineers on global customer operations, progress through defined competency levels, and complete a capstone project while traveling

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all disciplines) within the previous 12 months.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and a strong safety mindset.
