Job summary

English Academy in Madiun is looking for dedicated and experienced full-time Master Teacher Coach to join our team. The role includes mentoring freelance teachers to align teaching methods with high standards and overseeing lesson delivery across ages.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, observing freelance teachers, maintaining records, and providing feedback to support continuous professional development. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an ESL/EFL context.
• Proven ability to mentor and support other teachers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons with up to 25 teaching hours per week.
• Develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learners.
• Mentor and observe freelance teachers, providing actionable feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and performance records.
• Prepare tests, quizzes, and other assessments.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth class operation and schedules.
• Foster a positive and conducive learning environment.
