Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• TOEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Proven ability to mentor and support other teachers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students of all ages.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and use varied techniques and materials.
• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress with reports.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance.
• Prepare tests, quizzes, and other assessment tools.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth class operations and schedules.
• Manage classroom environment to be positive and conducive to learning.
• Mentor freelance teachers and observe their classes, offering guidance and feedback.
