Job summary

PaxOcean in Batam is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical activities for ship repairs, conversions, and newbuilds. You will lead the electrical team, ensure safety and quality, and align work with project schedules and procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years supervisory experience or 5+ years without supervision, with strong English communication and technical knowledge of electrical trades.

Qualifications

• Good spoken & written English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
• Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project.
• Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or Diploma.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities across ship repair, conversion and newbuilding projects.
• Lead electrical personnel, monitor progress and support achievement of schedules.
