Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE/Child Development or related field is required.

• Proven experience designing and implementing preschool/kindergarten curricula.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for inspiring a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
