Job summary

Dekoruma is seeking a Senior Interior Design Lead to oversee the drafting team, ensuring high-quality interior and furniture design outputs. You will guide project workflows, maintain standards, and coordinate cross-team deliverables from production to installation.

The role emphasizes leading a skilled team, enforcing SLAs, and driving process improvements to support project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design & Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior and furniture design.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for interior and furniture projects.
• Experience in Project Management and leading a team or managing a project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and provide training to the drafting team to meet company targets and project deadlines.
• Ensure the team’s work complies with established quality standards and SLAs.
• Develop, guide, and maintain updated standards and templates used by the team in line with Dekoruma’s evolving scoping needs.
• Implement improvements to workflows and drawing templates to enhance team efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of team performance, work output, and upcoming needs.
• Coordinate with other teams regarding working drawings and 3D deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for other teams for clarifications related to working drawings across all projects in the production and installation phases.
