You will liaise between customers, sales, and internal teams, processing orders within 24 hours and solving issues promptly.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in customer service or order management, fluent Japanese, strong English, and PM/Lean Six Sigma training.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in customer service or order management.
• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with Japan stakeholders.
• Business-level English (spoken and written) for internal and global communications.
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement methods (Lean/Green Belt Six Sigma trained).

Mansioni

• Main point of contact between customers, sales and internal teams.
• Handle order intake via email and Web Portal; process within 24 hours.
• Communicate rush orders, changes, delays, and availability with customers.
• Monitor open orders; confirm shipping dates and propose alternatives.
• Support sales with payments follow-up and credit limit escalation.
