dsm-firmenich in Indonesia is seeking a Lead Specialist, CX (Japanese Speaking) to oversee accurate and timely order processing within OTC guidelines, coordinating with sales, customer service, and finance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in customer service/order management, fluent Japanese, business English, and knowledge of SAP OTC/LE and CRM.

You will monitor orders, manage communication on rush orders and delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or order management.
• Japanese language proficiency (spoken and written) is required to liaise with stakeholders in Japan.
• Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean/Green Belt Six Sigma training.
• SAP knowledge and experience, especially in OTC & LE modules.
• CRM knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Main point of contact between customers, sales and other internal departments.
• Manage sales orders intake via email and Web Portal; ensure order processing within 24 hours and confirmation within 24 hours of entry.
• Professionally handle communications with customers and account managers regarding rush orders, changes, and delays.
• Moni tor status of open orders, confirm shipping dates, and propose alternatives when delays occur.
• Check and monitor order blocks (pricing, credit, allocation, availability) in collaboration with Sales/Planning/Finance/Pricing.
• Support sales management in follow-up on outstanding payments and credit limits where appropriate.
