Job summary

FINN is seeking a Head of Credit Risk to lead our ML-driven underwriting and risk framework across Southeast Asia and new markets. You will build and mentor a team of data scientists and risk analysts, shape policies, and partner with engineering, product, and finance to drive growth with responsible lending.

The role demands deep expertise in credit risk, ML deployment, and scalable decisioning, with a track record of delivering measurable portfolio improvements in fintech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data science and credit risk experience in fintech or lending.
• Proven track record deploying production ML models in real-time decisioning.
• Strong SQL skills and cloud data platform experience (GCP preferred).
• Experience building and leading technical teams with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk strategy, monitoring, and approval frameworks across markets.
• Develop underwriting models using alternative data and real-time scoring.
• Lead a data science and risk analytics team and collaborate with other functions.
• Translate analytics into measurable business outcomes and governance.
