Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading creative/content production teams.
• Strong technical understanding of shot composition, lighting and camera operation.
• Ability to produce/oversee UGC-style content for brand needs.
• Strong creative thinking and campaign activation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership on set.
• Good project management with attention to detail.
• Up-to-date with social media trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Proficient in content creation tools, preferably Adobe Creative Suite.
• Energetic, proactive, and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content production from planning to final editing review.
• Develop strong and creative content concepts aligned with brand campaigns.
• Manage camera direction, talent handling, and location selection.
• Create and supervise UGC-style content to support growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to follow brand guidelines.
