Job summary

Nirvana Life Bali is seeking a Head Barista to lead the daily coffee bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, outstanding guest experiences, and a high-performing team.

You will oversee barista training, maintain operational standards, manage inventory and beverage cost control, and work with the kitchen on menu updates and new beverages. You will monitor calibration, hygiene, and equipment, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a barista with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards.
• Experience with inventory management and beverage cost control.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily bar team operations.
• Ensure beverages meet recipe and quality standards.
• Monitor calibration, presentation, and product quality.
• Train, coach, and evaluate baristas.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and costs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Operate bar equipment and support guest service.
