Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
10+ years in automation engineering with emphasis on medical or manufacturing industries.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA/HMI, and inspection systems.
Proven track record in managing projects (e.g., machine transfers).
Strong English communication; leadership and collaboration abilities.
Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical projects designing, developing, implementing, operating, and maintaining control systems.
Apply mathematical modeling, analyze dynamic behavior, and use control theory for controllers.
Make significant technical decisions affecting project performance and innovation.
Stay current with advancements in system design, configuration, and automation.
