Job summary

Genpact Ltd. seeks an experienced Lead Associate in Controllership - AP to support month-end close, journal entries, and audit documentation. You will ensure compliance with financial policies, collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements across the AP function.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, AP process expertise, and data analytics skills to drive accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Advanced credentials in finance or accounting are a plus.
• CFA/CFE/CTP certifications are relevant.
• Experience with Oracle systems is preferred.

• Support AP month-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in audit documentation.
