Job summary

Hans Atelier seeks an experienced Lead Architectural Drafter to oversee production of high-quality drawings and documentation for projects in Pekanbaru and the Riau region.

The role requires meticulous handling of drafting standards and building systems, with responsibility for supervising a team, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring on-time delivery of accurate build-ready plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum 6 years as an architectural drafter, with at least 2 years in lead/supervisory role.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting conventions, building materials, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of architectural drafters in producing detailed construction drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all architectural drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain drafting standards and protocols to ensure consistency across projects.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts and incorporate revisions.
• Manage project documentation, including drawing logs, revisions, and transmittals.
• Perform quality control checks on all drawings before issuance for construction.
