Job summary

PT Honest Urban Konstruksindo seeks an Architectural Drafter & Documentation Coordinator to support architectural working drawings from design development through construction and as-built stages. You will ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and well-documented.

You will translate concepts into feasible drawings, manage revisions, and maintain drawing registers and archives while coordinating with project teams such as Construction/Civil, Estimator/QS, Cost Control, and Administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Drafter, Technical Drafter, or in a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with SketchUp and/or Revit is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural working drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings.
• Familiar with drawing revision and documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, systematic, and able to manage drawing documentation effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work within project deadlines and adapt to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and revise architectural working drawings from design development through construction and as-built stages.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into detailed and feasible drawings for project implementation.
• Manage drawing revisions and ensure the latest drawing versions are properly updated and documented.
• Maintain organized project drawing documentation, including drawing registers, revision records, and archives based on project and lot/unit.
• Coordinate drawing-related requirements and updates with Construction/Civil, Estimator/QS, Cost Control, Administration, and other relevant project teams.
• Provide technical input and support improvements in drawing quality and documentation processes.
