Job summary

PetroSea seeks an experienced Engineering Leader in Jakarta to oversee the engineering function, ensuring schedules, budgets, and manhours are met while complying with standards.

The role focuses on directing technical teams across 3D modelling, CAD operations, and design engineering, with a strong emphasis on SHE programs and ISO standards adherence.

You will coordinate with engineers, manage capital budgets, and drive quality performance across projects, with fluent English preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years of relevant experiences.
• Knowledge in project 3D modelling and design engineering.
• Uses and applies basic principles, theories and concepts to multiple tasks in project 3D modeling and design engineering.
• Follows technical documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of CAD application such as SmartSketch, Microstation, and AutoCAD
• Able to operate 3D Modeling Software such as Smart Plant 3D, PDMS, Autocad Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Revit.
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
• Coordinate and liaise with engineers to ensure all designs comply with engineer’s calculations and sketches
• Perform site assignments including field verification and site measurements in order to ensure accuracy
• Create accurate MTO's from 3D modelling.
• Maintain and Implementing SHE programs, with objectives to comply with Company standard and requirements.

• Direct and control the engineering function by providing leadership and support to the people in Engineering department to ensure that schedules, budgets and manhours are achieved. All engineering activities shall comply with company, client and relevant standards and procedures required by project.

Plan and develop strategy in Engineering function in order to achieve and enhance quality performance in the Engineering function. Engineering function performs with consistently high quality.

Develop and communicate business unit's policies and standards to ensure that the technological advancement in engineering supports the business plans of the company. Engineering policies and standards are developed and communicated.

Review and control of all engineering work including project development, staff assignment and the application of engineering principles throughout the company to ensure all engineering activities are comply with current procedures and regulations. Engineering activities are complied with current procedures and regulations.

Develop, manage and control the capital budget for the business unit in order to ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness. Budget efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education
