Job summary

CV Raja Telur is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead operations at our layer chicken farm in Belitung Timur. You will collaborate with management to boost egg production, oversee daily farm activities from DOC introduction to culling, and ensure all tasks follow SOPs.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in layer chicken farming, strong leadership, and willingness to relocate to Belitung Timur. Attractive benefits include weekly rice allowance, annual leave, THR, a competitive bonus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in layer chicken farming.
• Broad knowledge of layer chicken industry including DOC rearing, layer management, disease identification, daily care, feed processing.
• Innovative and adaptive; able to follow developments and trends in layer chicken farming and learn new knowledge in the industry.
• Honest, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• Leadership experience managing a division, business unit, or organisation.
• Initiative and ability to accept feedback.
• Commitment to long-term employment and willingness to relocate to Belitung Timur.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to increase layer chicken productivity through effective methods
• Work with farm team to conduct daily operational activities according to SOP and manage overall farm operations from DOC introduction to culling
• Conduct regular inspections of each house to identify disease and assess barn cleanliness
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor feed quality for layer chickens
• Follow company values and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook
