Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory of uniforms and linens.
• Record monthly inventory of laundry supplies.
• Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery.
• Train employees on laundry procedures, including safety and equipment operation.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety and security policies; report hazards; complete safety training.
• Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets.
• Develop positive working relationships; support team to reach goals.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; move and lift up to 25 pounds.
